Pa Amb Oli (crostini)
Pa Amb Oli (pronounced "pamboli") means "bread and oil" in Catalan.
- 1 baguette, cut into slices
- Drizzle Early Harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Raw garlic clove (optional)
- Salt & ground pepper
Toast the slices of baguette to taste. Optionally rub garlic clove directly on slices, with care, as the taste can be very strong. Fully drizzle early harvest extra virgin olive oil.
