- 1/4 cup vinegar (Balsamic is recommended)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup ridiculously delicious and healthy EVOO from OLIVE OIL GROVE
- 1 to 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 0 to 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard
- salt and fresh ground black pepper
