Citrus Vinaigrette

The Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil combined with lemon and orange flavors of the Champagne Mimosa Vinegar are a PERFECT pairing. You will love this dressing drizzled on any greens, salad, chicken, fish or roasted veggies.

Instructions

In a small bowl mix the Champagne Mimosa Vinegar and Orange EVOO, and Athens spice blend (if not using spice blend, add a pinch of salt and ground pepper). Mix well using a whisk to fully incorporate the oil.

Serve over your favorite greens or salad, or add to chicken and warm vegetables.
