Fig Balsamic Vinegar (organic)
Taster's NotesIf you like balsamic vinegar, you'll love this one that has a nice hint of figs, with a traditional balsamic finish.
This vinegar is made with both figs and grapes, and can be incorporated into any meal. It's perfect for green salads packed with nuts, fruit and cheese. Or try it on roasted vegetables such as sweet potatoes or Brussels sprouts, and to dress hearty grain salads made with farro, quinoa, or couscous.
Pair it with your favorite oil and dress a salad of tender greens, goat or blue cheese, candied walnuts or almonds, and seasonal fruit (e.g. pears, apples, pomegranate seeds). One of our go-to appetizers is a wedge of blue cheese or creamy brie with a drizzle of Fig Balsamic Vinegar, served with crackers or crostini.

The Fig Balsamic vinegar is so tasty. I love it on a simple cucumber, tomato, and onion salad. But this would add a flavorful punch to most anything.

Loved the Olive Oil and the Fig Balsamic and will be definitely reordering in the new year. The fig balsamic has a smooth slight sweet taste that is amazing on salads, but also grilled veggies and meats; it is my new go to condiment.
