Champagne Mimosa Baked Cod

This simple and delicious cod fish fillet recipe is seasoned with our Taste of Tuscany spice blend and our fabulously tasty Organic Champagne Mimosa Vinegar will surely delight your tastebuds! strong flavors that’s a delight to have.



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F then place the fillets in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Drizzle some Organic Champagne Mimosa Vinegar over each fillet then set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together Early Harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, crushed garlic, Taste of Tuscany spice blend and salt and pepper. Brush or spoon the oil mixture onto each fillet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the flesh is completely opaque and juicy.
  5. Serve hot to savor that flaky texture. Enjoy!
