- 1 avocado
- 1/2 shallot
- half of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of Early Harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Crush the avocado, mince the shallot, and press half of the lemon.
In a bowl, put the avocado, the half shallot, and the lemon juice and mix until the guacamole is smooth.
Add early harvest extra virgin olive oil.
